Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Product Manager to join our team and assist in the advancement of our HoldingsInsight product. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product Owner to execute the product and service vision, ensuring its alignment with business objectives and industry trends.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Assist the Product Owner in a number of areas:
    • Implement the product and service vision for the HoldingsInsight offering
    • Convert the product vision into practical specifications for reports or other functionality
    • Perform detailed competitive analyses and remain current with industry trends
    • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Be responsible for a variety of operational report design tasks, such as:
    • Writing detailed specifications
    • Proposing visuals to achieve the best balance between usability and functionality
    • Preparing data for test scenarios
    • Troubleshooting reports
    • Collaborating with R&D (report writers, developers) to convert the specifications into reality
  • Assist with other product management tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or technology.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience within the FinTech/Alternative Assets or related industries.
  • Investment analysis and/or operations background and experience preferred.
  • Possesses a product mindset- starts from problems, goals, and needs, and then experiments to uncover the best solution.
  • Prior experience in requirements/specifications writing preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong user interview and data collection skills; Adept at leveraging a range of tools and methods and inferring insights from data.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and platforms. Experience with reporting tools and technologies coupled with an eye for design/user experience preferred.
  • Other technology-related skills a plus, particularly ones related to data and finance.
