We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Accounting & Reporting Consulting (Financial Services) practice. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services for clients across Banking, NBFC, Asset Management, FinTech, and Capital Markets.
As an Associate Director, you will lead complex client engagements, provide technical accounting guidance, manage client relationships, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute to the growth of the Financial Services practice.

RequirementsWe’re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting
consulting to clients which includes support on technical and special matters including GAAP Conversion,
accounting policy support, new accounting standard implementation (end to end), and Disclosure support for
IFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and
industry sectors.
