Job Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client-facing projects to deliver projects that meet their objectives on time and on budget
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on engagements as needed
- Coordinate and perform internal project kick-off tasks.
- Research client/target information as part of a project and provide assessments to advance overall project delivery
- Facilitate internal team communication and ensure team members have the necessary information for the next steps.
- Initiate and maintain delivery-related data in Salesforce and/or PSA systems as needed.
- Ensure all necessary project tasks are completed in a timely manner and client deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial DNA with clear ownership of execution and delivery client satisfaction
- Excellent manager of people and clients
- Previous project management experience
- Experience managing multiple small-to-mid sized projects at once
- Ability to work independently and with a team in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Experience in Information Technology and/or M&A
- Insightful and curious attitude towards business operations in a variety of industries
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exceptional communicator and listener, particularly with clients and prospects.
