You will operate at the intersection of structured finance, legal frameworks, and client relationship management to secure complex, high-value mandates.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

  • You'll originate and secure new corporate trust mandates across structured finance, asset-backed securitisation (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), and corporate bond issuances while driving business growth.

  • You'll deliver solution-based sales presentations for corporate trustee services, including Note Trustee, Security Trustee, Facility Agent, Paying Agent, and Trust Management solutions.
  • You'll lead commercial structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations, ensuring a balance between competitive market positioning, risk management, and profitability objectives.
  • You'll collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Transaction Management teams to onboard new mandates, while monitoring regulatory developments, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities.

What We Offer

  • Highly competitive base salary with an industry-leading, uncapped performance incentive/bonus structure.
  • Opportunity to work with a premier portfolio of institutional clients on marquee market transactions.
  • Flexible working arrangements (hybrid office/home model).
  • Defined career progression pathways into senior executive leadership.

  • You maintain an established network of contacts across Australian debt issuers, investment banking syndicates, and structured finance legal practices.
  • You demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and legal concepts to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
