CLPe provides energy infrastructure and one-stop smart energy management solutions for customers in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, empowering them to accelerate their green transition and achieve low-carbon, high-efficiency energy management.
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok and responsible for the following major duties:
- Work in a multi-disciplined team and carry out maintenance, installation and T&C activities for Control Systems in the airport
- Coordinate site activities and supervise contractors’ work performances and quality
- Maintenance system availability and achieve service standards
- Conduct site checks to ensure that the safety standards and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites
- Monitor site progress and report to supervisor
- Attend site inspection and site meetings with relevant parties for site works coordination
- Other ad-hoc duties and shift duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Building Services or relevant engineering disciplines plus 2 years’ relevant experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of Control Systems OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Electronics or relevant engineering discipline plus 4 years’ relevant working experience
- Familiar with installation, testing, commissioning for control system including PLC and SCADA, BMS, CCTV system in utility facilities or new construction building
- Experience in and / or knowledge in airport operation procedures and familiar with the airport environment would be an added advantage
- Hard working, able to meet tight schedule and work independently with solid technical background
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possession of Construction Worker Registration Card and Construction Industry Safety Card
- Possession of a valid driving license (2) is preferable
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker is preferable
- Customer oriented for building and maintaining relationship with clients
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
Skills Required
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Electronics, or a relevant engineering discipline, plus 2 years of relevant control systems experience
- Alternatively, Ordinary Diploma or Ordinary Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Electronics, or a relevant engineering discipline, plus 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with control system installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
- Familiarity with PLC and SCADA systems
- Familiarity with BMS and CCTV systems
- Construction Worker Registration Card
- Construction Industry Safety Card
- Ability to work independently, meet tight schedules, and demonstrate solid technical knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driving license Class 2
- Registered Electrical Worker qualification
- Experience with airport operations and the airport environment
- Customer-oriented approach to building and maintaining client relationships
