Purpose of Position

  • CASETiFY is seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Assistant Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You are a self-starter and team player who can quickly identify opportunities to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • You will lead our Google performance engine. You are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Google marketing strategy that aligns with our global business goals. You will drive the execution of advanced bidding strategies (including Performance Max), search intent optimization, and visual storytelling across YouTube to maximize ROAS and long-term ROI.

Job Description

  • Global Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an end-to-end Google performance strategy across Search, Performance Max (PMAX), Display, and YouTube to drive new customer acquisition and brand equity on a global scale.
  • Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of large-scale, multi-country Google Ads accounts, including campaign structure, budget pacing, and bid management.
  • Optimization & Testing: Lead a rigorous, continuous A/B testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, and audience signals to identify growth levers and improve conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex user data and GA4 insights to provide actionable feedback on marketing efficiency. Monitor country-specific performance to identify regional growth opportunities or inefficiencies.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative and Content teams to produce high-performing visual assets for YouTube and the Google Display Network, ensuring all content meets both brand aesthetic standards and performance KPIs.
  • Performance Scaling: Stay ahead of industry trends and Google’s product roadmap (including Alpha/Beta features) to maintain a competitive edge and scale CASETiFY’s global presence.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, managing significant budgets for premium consumer brands.
  • Deep expertise in Google Merchant Center, Search Ads 360, and GA4. Experience with Performance Max (PMax) is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Bonus/Plus: 
    • Data Proficiency: Experience writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets.
    • BI & Data Visualization: Hands-on experience building and maintaining performance dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
    • Automation: Familiarity with Google Ads scripts or automation tools to streamline campaign management.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, "startup-to-scaleup" environments and are passionate about design, tech accessories, and the lifestyle industry.
