Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an Architect to join our Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver architectural design and prepare detailed technical drawings.
- Prepare and review construction documentation ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct research on site conditions, regulations, materials, and systems throughout project stages.
- Write specifications of materials and construction methods.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Main Contractors, After Sales, and Marketing teams for smooth project delivery.
- Handle diverse tasks including detailing, graphic presentations, site coordination, and reporting.
- Lead project sub-packages and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative studio culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes through professional development activities.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, Adobe tools for presentation and documentation, MS Office, and BIM experience is a plus (Revit)
- Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of local planning laws and building regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time independently and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
