Responsibilities :
1. Technical Skill
Perform routine services and maintenance of air conditioning system to ensure proper functioning. Install, service, maintain, and repair various type of air conditioning systems (1hp – 5hp) :
- Wall Mounted
- Ceiling Cassette
- Ceiling Expose
Handle emergency repairs promptly and effectively. Preferably knowledge in AHU services.
2. Sales Reporting
- Facilitate the creation of compelling presentations and proposals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Compile, analyze, and distribute monthly sales reports
- Maintain records of financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping.
3. Presentation and Proposal Support:
- Facilitate the creation of compelling presentations and proposals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
4. Media Social Admin:
- Create content for sales and marketing input.
- As a host of any event in social media
- Compile data, video and content related to promotional event
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Job requirements:
- Diploma or Skills Certificate (SKM)
- Preferably in Mechanical, HVAC or Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- Basic knowledge in electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling various air conditioner.
- Able to work independent.
- At least 3 years working experience in related field.
- Valid GDL License is an extra advantage
