The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the management of all remits, website access, credentialing denials, build and management of corporate contracts. Location: Remote

Compensation: $17.50/hr.

In this role, you will:

The management of all remits, website access, credentialing denials, and the building and management of corporate contracts is a critical aspect of ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. Properly managing remittance processing involves accurately tracking and reconciling payments received, while also monitoring for any discrepancies or errors.

You will bring value to the team by:

  • Web site setup and password maintenance
  • Review and forward electronic faxes (EFT notifications and virtual credit card payments)
  • Scan and mail collection checks
  • Back up for processing refund checks
  • Back up for reviewing and forwarding hardcopy mail
  • Reviews any operational issues/questions with Operations Assistant Manager and Manager
  • Set up system access...Athena, Citrix, Series, AS400, DDE, EPIC, OnBase etc.
  • Submit internal IT tickets
  • Review and resolve issues logged in Ticket Tracker
  • Identify and implement process improvement when applicable
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and review of new processes
  • Assist upper management as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Assist AR reps as needed
  • Represent the CBO professionally
  • Research and resolve 277 rejections
  • Research and resolve billing claim edits
  • Maintain assigned work queues
  • Monitor Clearinghouse for EDI enrollment

Requirements you must have for success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Language Skills:

Ability to: read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos; write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to: deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work; provide clear and effective direction to staff; communicate effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working relationships with MedSrv departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients; Must be able to multi-task.

Physical Demands:

You may be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times. Limited.
