The Opportunity
We are seeking Full-Time Senior Analog ASIC Design Engineers to work in the Analog & Mixed Signal IC Design and Integration team.
How You’ll Contribute
As part of our Analog & Mixed-Signal team, you’ll help design, develop and test advanced electro-optical transceiver chips.
Responsibilities
• Design very high-speed components like TIAs and Drivers in CMOS
• Design auxiliary Low-power, low speed analog and mixed-signal circuits in CMOS (Regulators, OpAmps, Analog Control Loops, Signal Indicators)
• Collaboration with the layout team
• Supporting Lab characterization and system performance testing
• Collaborating across disciplines like system architecture and modeling to bring ideas to life
What You Bring
• 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design (or equivalent experience)
• Proven industry experience in integrated circuit design of circuits for high-speed data transmission (50+ Gbit/s)
• Strong grasp of analog IC design, layout, and verification
• Hands-on experience with lab characterization and RF measurements
• Kind, collaborative team player staying composed and grounded
• Fluency in English
• Valid authorization to work in Germany is required

Skills Required
- 3+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design
- Strong grasp of analog IC design, layout, and verification
- Proven delivery of circuits like bandgaps, OpAmps, OTAs, LDOs, TIAs, Drivers
- Hands-on experience with lab characterization and RF measurements
- Basic understanding of IC production and foundry collaboration
- Ability to guide outsourced design teams
- Fluency in English
- EU nationality or valid EU visa
