Objetivo de la posición: El “AMR’s Engineer” es el responsable de la programación inicial de los robots, mejora de las rutas ya implementadas para mejorar la capacidad y eficiencia de los equipos, así como mantenerlos en operación en todo momento, así mismo debe de ayudar en la implementación de los equipos adicionales. Coordinación con área de materiales y/o producción para la solución de problemas.
Conocimientos:
•Deseable manejo de AMR’s Kuka
•Integración de AMR’s con sistemas de vision Keyence,
•Integración de AMR’s con MES.
•PLC y Ciberseguridad.
•Sistemas andon
•Experto en Lean manufacturing, pull system.
•Mapeo de rutas actuales y nuevas de operación de los AMR’s.
•Actualización de las rutas actuales para mejorar la eficiencia de los equipos instalados.
•Resolución de problemas con AMR’s día a día de las 4 plantas.
•Lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos de AMR’s dentro de las cuatro plantas.
•Creación de SOR para refacciones y/o mejoras de los equipos actuales y nuevos.
•Monitoreo mediante Power Bi de uso de robot efectivo para incrementar capacidad de utilización.
•Desarrollo de documentación técnica operativa.
•Capacitar equipo de manejo de materiales en solución de problemas con AMR’s.
•Administración de CAPEX.
Experiencia:
•3 años de experiencia en automatización de logística.
•Ingles B2 o superior.

•Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Industrial, Automatización, Electrónica, Sistemas, Robótica con título y cédula profesional.

Skills Required
- 3 years of experience in logistics automation
- English level B2 or higher
- Degree (Ingenieria Mecatronica, Industrial, Automatizacion, Electronica, Sistemas, Robotica) with professional license (titulo y cedula)
- Experience implementing AMRs
- Expert in material flow and material handling
- Experience integrating AMRs with vision systems (Keyence)
- Experience integrating AMRs with MES systems
- PLC knowledge and cybersecurity awareness
- Experience with Andon systems
- Lean manufacturing and pull system expertise
- Route mapping and route optimization for AMRs
- Daily troubleshooting and maintenance of AMRs across four plants
- Launch and deployment of new AMR projects across multiple plants
- Create SOR for spare parts and equipment improvements
- Monitor AMR usage and effectiveness via Power BI
- Develop technical operational documentation
- Train materials handling team on AMR troubleshooting
- Administer CAPEX for AMR projects
- Maintain Kardex without incidents
- Minimum 2 years tenure at the company
- Leadership, teamwork, communication, problem solving, proactivity, ability to work under pressure
