About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and manage data and AI initiatives within a large and complex organization. The role combines project management, business analysis, technological expertise, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-based solutions from concept and requirements definition through implementation and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of Data and AI projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Gather business requirements and translate organizational needs into data-driven and AI-based solutions.
- Define system requirements, interfaces, and data sources.
- Design and evaluate optimal solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams.
- Plan AI/ML model testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
- Lead the design of data visualization solutions, dashboards, and business insights.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of AI, ML, and automation solutions across the organization.
- Provide professional consulting and guidance for large-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives.
- Present complex technological and data-driven solutions in a clear business-oriented manner.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large organizations, including consulting and leading complex technology initiatives – required.
- At least 1 year of experience managing Data and AI projects – required.
- At least 1 year of experience in developing AI-based applications – required.
- Proven experience in system analysis, requirements definition, and specification of interfaces and data sources.
- Knowledge and experience in cloud architecture and data architecture.
- Experience working with enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience with AI/ML model development and implementation.
- Familiarity with RPA technologies and automation solutions.
- Experience in data visualization and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in complex environments.
Skills Required
