What does a Full Stack Developer do at PALO IT?
As a Full Stack Developer at PALO IT, you will be responsible for:
Developing Frontend and Backend applications using Python, Node.js, React, and related technologies.
Implementing microservices and designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
Building and maintaining web interfaces using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
Participating in cloud deployments and the development of cloud-native solutions.
Applying software development best practices, including SOLID principles, Clean Code, and security standards.
Developing and executing unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Collaborating with architects, analysts, and data scientists to define and implement technical solutions.
Participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies, managing tasks through Jira, and contributing to sprint objectives.
Maintaining technical documentation, version-controlled code, and deployment and testing evidence.
Troubleshooting incidents, optimizing application performance, and supporting service availability.
What experience do you need for this role?
You're a strong fit for this Full Stack Developer role if you have:
Required / Must-have:
3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development and enterprise software solutions.
Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with microservices architecture, SQL databases, Git, GitHub, and Jira.
Knowledge of Docker, unit testing, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, organization, and results orientation.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Vue.js, Kubernetes, messaging systems (Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or Kafka), OAuth2, JWT, BigQuery, monitoring, observability, Terraform, and AI API integrations.
Certifications such as Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or Azure Developer Associate.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5+ years backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Python

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
