AI Management Trainee
To help those businesses run better, our own teams have to run better first. That’s where you come in. This internship is for people who already use AI and want to see it change how real work gets done. You’ll take real problems from real teams, build AI solutions, and measure what changed.

What you’ll do
- Map team workflows and find where AI or automation can save time or improve quality
- Build proofs of concept and turn the ones that work into tools teams use daily
- Set up and configure AI tools and agents (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, Cursor), then monitor their outputs and refine prompts to keep them reliable
- Partner with the CEO Office, Corporate Operations, Business, Operations, Marketing and HR
- Track the results of each use case and share what you learn through guides and internal sessions
How you’ll work

What you’ll bring
- Currently studying or holding a Bachelor’s degree (STEM, Business or Social Science preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Hands-on experience with at least one AI tool, beyond casual use
- Structured thinking and the habit of teaching yourself new tools
- Bonus: experience with n8n or similar automation tools, and basic Python or SQL
