About Dioptra (an Icertis company)

Contracts are still processed by hand, even though the work touching them — ERP, CLM, email, Slack/Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, procurement systems — spans a dozen disconnected tools. Most of the effort in contracting isn't judgment or drafting; it's gluing those systems together.

Dioptra is building Contract OS: an agentic platform that does that gluing for you. Agents draft, negotiate, and review pre-signature; extract, monitor, and operationalize post-signature; and execute workflows across every system a contract touches — turning contracts from documents people process into live objects agents operate. We work deep inside the enterprise contracting stack (Icertis, SAP, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), which means real technical depth, real enterprise customers, and a market that's actively shifting toward AI-native tooling in real time.

We're a small, technical team that ships fast and holds a high bar. This is a founding-level seat with direct access to the founders and real ownership from day one.

The Role

This role is a growth scientist role who also happens to be a content creator: you'll build and operate a fleet of AI agents to run top-of-funnel experiments — messaging, channels, creative, acquisition cost — with real rigor (hypotheses, measurements, iterations). And you'll make the content that fuels those experiments yourself: product videos, launch assets, landing pages, ad creative — end to end. This role rewards high agency: you write your own brief, ship the thing, and iterate.

Above all, we're looking for a founder's instinct. You own the outcome end to end. You dig into why and fix it. You move with urgency when the brief is half-written, and you know when to trust the model and when your own judgement has to override it — especially with budget or brand on the line.

Here's what that looks like day to day, and what it takes to do it well:

  • Build an experimentation engine, not a task list. Stand up a fleet of agents that can generate, launch, and evaluate top-of-funnel experiments at a pace no human-only team could match: message variants, landing page tests, ad creative permutations, channel tests. This means you've actually built agent workflows before, not just used a chatbot to write copy — you're comfortable being the one who builds the system, not the one who requests it.
  • Run growth like a science. Design experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria across paid, organic, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, and partnerships. Track CAC, conversion, and payback rigorously; kill what doesn't work fast and double down on what does, and explain why something worked, not just that it did. That requires a real track record: you've designed and run structured growth experiments — A/B or multivariate — with actual budget accountability, and you're comfortable pulling your own numbers rather than waiting for a dashboard someone else built.
  • Make the content yourself. Script, shoot, and edit product videos and launch content, and write landing pages, launch narratives, and campaign copy for a technical, enterprise buyer (legal, procurement, GTM ops). Show us launch videos you've made that drove real outcomes, and writing samples.
  • Own launches end to end. Positioning, sequencing, the video, the follow-on content that keeps a launch alive for weeks instead of days.
  • Report on outcomes, not activity. You're measured on pipeline, signups, and CAC efficiency — not impressions or a content calendar filled.
  • Partner with product and founders. Sit in on roadmap conversations, bring market signal back, and shape what gets built and how it's positioned. This is easier if you genuinely care about the buyer — you don't need a legal or procurement background, but you should care how enterprise legal/GTM/ops teams think, what they read, and what makes them trust a new tool.

You'll have an edge if:

  • You've worked at an early-stage startup (seed to Series B), even in a non-marketing role or you’re a past founder.
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience including marketing into enterprise, other technical B2B category with a similarly sophisticated buyer, software engineering etc.
  • You've built or contributed to an internal automation/agent stack yourself, not just used one someone else built.
  • You've run performance marketing or paid acquisition at a B2B SaaS company with real budget ownership.
  • You have experience creating your own content.
  • You're comfortable with light scripting or coding agents to build growth infrastructure without needing an engineer.

The Team You'll Work With

You'll work directly with the founders of Dioptra, not through layers of management. Dioptra's engineering culture holds a high bar — clean, deliberate work, iterative — and you'll be expected to bring the same rigor to growth and content that the team brings to the product itself. Given how early this seat is, you'll also be one of the people setting the tone for how “marketing” gets done here going forward.

Equal Opportunity

Icertis is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. If you need an accommodation at any stage of the process, tell us and we'll arrange it
