In 2023 we grew from almost 100 Loopers to over 250 people. And that’s a number we would have to keep updating every month, as we are planning to double the team once again, this year.
Our headquarters are based in Antwerp, but with hubs in Amsterdam, Shanghai, and New York, we’re dotted all over the globe.
Not to brag about it, but we’ve recently won the EY Scale up of the year award, the Deloitte Fast50 award (for the second year in a row) and a couple of other amazing (international) prices. The New York Times named us ‘best earplugs for concerts’ and thousands of noise-sensitive customers call us a ‘life changer’.

About the role:

What you’ll do:
- Lead Innovations: Spearhead the development of AI solutions, from ChatGPT to advanced open-source platforms like HuggingFace and Gradio.
- Integrate and Optimize: Seamlessly blend AI functionalities into our ecosystem, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Customize AI Solutions: Tailor AI models to fit unique organizational needs, setting new standards for customization and effectiveness.
- Manage and Collaborate: Drive projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.
- Champion Project Excellence: Excel in project management, delivering AI initiatives on time and within scope.
How you'll do it:
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Streamlit, or Gradio, and a knack for data manipulation with libraries like pandas and NumPy.
- AI and ML Acumen: Profound knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP, with a solid foundation in AI and ML principles.
- Community Engagement: A track record of active participation in the AI community, showcasing your contributions to open-source projects.
- Soft Skills Galore: Exceptional communication and collaboration are your superpowers, driving creativity and continuous learning in AI.
