About The Role

We are hiring an AI Content Systems Manager to run our fleet of automated accounts and build the AI-powered tooling behind how we edit and clip at scale. This is a builder-operator role at the core of how Clouted turns content into distribution.

You will own a portfolio of internal accounts and be measured on one thing above all: account growth. At the same time, you will be the person integrating new tools, testing new workflows, and shipping automations that make our editing and clipping faster, cheaper, and higher output. You are not just posting content, you are building the machine that produces and distributes it.

This is an individual contributor role. You won't manage a team, you'll own a system. That said, you'll work closely across the org: partnering with our BizOps team on tooling, data, and integrations, and with our Media team on content, formats, and production. This role reports directly to the CGO and has real ownership from day one.

What You'll Own

1. Automated Account Fleet (Growth)

- Own and operate a fleet of internal accounts across platforms, with account growth as the north star

- Run systematic posting, testing, and iteration across the portfolio at scale

- Build repeatable playbooks for spinning up, warming, and growing new accounts

- Track and report on follower growth, view velocity, and account health weekly

2. AI Tooling, Integrations & Workflow Automation

- Evaluate, integrate, and stress-test new AI tools for editing, clipping, and distribution

- Design and ship automated workflows that reduce manual editing and clipping overhead

- Wire tools together using APIs and no-code/low-code platforms into workflows that actually hold up

- Document every workflow into repeatable SOPs that can be handed off and scaled

- Partner with BizOps on tooling, data access, and integrations so systems connect cleanly to the rest of the stack

3. Content & Production Systems

- Build systems for high-volume clip and short-form output without losing quality

- Develop and iterate on scripts, hooks, and content formats that perform

- Turn winning manual processes into automated, scalable ones

- Stay plugged into short-form trends, editing styles, and platform shifts in real time

- Work with the Media team on formats, production quality, and turning winning content into repeatable systems

4. Performance & Analytics

- Own the growth dashboard across the account fleet, surfacing insights and flagging drop-offs fast

- Run structured experiments on formats, cadence, tooling, and workflows

- Translate data into clear weekly updates with actionable next steps

What Success Looks Like

- The account fleet is growing consistently month over month with minimal manual overhead

- Editing and clipping workflows are automated, live, maintained, and lowering cost per output over time

- New tools are evaluated and integrated fast, with clear calls on what to keep and what to kill

- Playbooks and SOPs exist so the system runs without you touching every step

- Are comfortable with ambiguity and can build structure where none exists

- Communicate proactively and don't wait to be unblocked

Requirements

- 2+ years in content, growth, automation, operations, or a related field

- Hands-on experience with content creation, editing, clipping, or scriptwriting

- Demonstrated experience building with AI tools and workflow automation

- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, APIs, or automation platforms

- Strong written communication in English

- Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple workstreams independently

- Based in the Philippines with availability for Metro Manila hybrid work

- Nice to have: affinity for the creator economy and music, or experience working with entertainment clients, artists, or festivals.
