A bit about the role:
We’re looking for passionate ambassadors ready to take the reins in the leading innovation in AI content creation. As an AI Content Ambassador, you’ll create content using our in-app video tool and post it to social accounts owned by Cantina. You'll bring AI-powered characters to life, not just by creating content, but by building a following, engaging with your community, and growing their presence across social platforms. You'll be the creative force and community voice behind these accounts, transforming bots into recognizable digital personalities.
You’ll need to provide your own iOS cell phone in order to use Cantina’s video tool. Help us redefine what’s possible with AI technology!
A bit about the work:
Run a Cantina owned TikTok account featuring one of our bots
Create and post daily content (at least 15 seconds) using our video tool to generate buzz around Cantina
Share weekly content insights
Access to flexible hours with the ability to work from your phone from wherever Cantina is offered
Obtain AI / Technology / Social Media experience with networking opportunities within our team
A bit about you:
Sharp understanding of content creation, social media, online trends, and online algorithms
Knowledge in content creation, editing experience and creating viral content
Must have your own iOS device
Must have access to TikTok
Cantina is an 18+ app, so you must be 18 years or older
Optional: Experience with AI character platforms such as Character AI, Replika, etc.
Location:
This is a US based, remote, contract role. We have offices located in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA and Brooklyn, NY.
Compensation:
You will be compensated via PayPal for onboarding, weekly deliverables, and performance-based milestones for each post.
$25 for completing onboarding
$10 for consistent 7-day posts
$5 for weekly insights
$5 for posts with 500 views
$10 for posts with 1k views
$25 for posts with 5k views
$50 for posts with 10k views
$100 for posts with 100k views
$250 for posts with 250k views
$500 for posts with 500k views
$1,000 for posts with 1m views
Additionally, we love to recognize creativity — creators may be eligible for additional bonuses through special opportunities as they arise.
* All posts will be manually reviewed to ensure organic views & payments are capped at $5k per month.
