Join our Data & AI team.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations to building dashboards, analytics solutions and AI use cases that support better decisions.

As an AI Architect, you will contribute to this by shaping the architecture behind AI solutions and guiding clients from AI ambition to robust, scalable and responsible implementation.

You design AI solutions for our clients across traditional AI, generative AI and agentic AI. You translate business needs and high-level requirements into concrete solution architectures, reference architectures and implementation roadmaps that can be delivered in real environments.

You work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Managers, Cloud Architects, Security Architects, AI Engineers and other specialists to design solutions that are technically sound, compliant and aligned with both current and future requirements. You are able to make architectural trade-offs, explain them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and guide teams towards pragmatic decisions.

Beyond solution design, you help clients think through the full AI lifecycle: from use-case definition and platform choices to MLOps, governance, monitoring, security, scalability and trustworthy AI. You make sure AI solutions are not only innovative, but also usable, maintainable and ready to create value in production.

We’re looking for an AI Architect who can combine strong technical expertise with a clear consulting mindset. You are able to translate business ambitions into realistic AI architectures, challenge requirements where needed, and guide clients and delivery teams towards solutions that are scalable, compliant and production-ready.

You’ll have knowledge and experience of the following: 

• At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with 5 years of experience as an AI Architect or in a similar position 
• Experience with traditional AI, NLP, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions 
• Comfortable with the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps and DevOps principles 
• Experience with modern Data & AI platforms 
• Experience with at least one cloud provider and good knowledge of the data ecosystem 
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Master or PhD in Computer Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• TOGAF, AI, and Data certifications are a plus 
• You are proficient in English, and in Dutch or French
