Responsibilities:
The branch manager will be responsible for achieving business targets by building the sales distribution channels of agency for his team. This will include building a productive and motivated agent network, leveraging the business through training initiatives whilst monitoring and driving the agency business model to achieve desired business plans and career aspirations.
A good first degree in social sciences or humanities.
Minimum of 7 years experience.
Prior experience in a similar role is critical.
At least 3 years of team handling experience.
