About the role
We are looking for a freelance Adoption and Learning Lead, who will run a Power Platform and Copilot enablement pilot for a global food service group and turn it into a blueprint for its markets.
Lingaro is a Microsoft partner that builds and implements data and AI solutions end to end. The client is a global food service group headquartered in the UK, with around 25 country businesses that own their own governance. The pilot covers 250 HQ users over ten weeks: self-paced learning built on Microsoft Learn with a client layer, facilitated capstone sessions, and a train-the-trainer handover to client trainers. Learners are supported by the Companion, Lingaro's AI agent built in Copilot Studio and running in the client's tenant, and every app and agent they build sits in one governed catalogue.
The mission is to own the pilot with the client from discovery to read-out, then package what works so each market can adopt it with limited adaptation.
What you will do
Lead the client day to day, including discovery workshops, steering meetings and the read-out with CTO-level and HQ stakeholders, alongside the account lead in Geneva.
Translate technical requirements into learning requirements, covering environments, DLP policies, connectors, data sources and the Companion set-up, with the Power Platform SME.
Shape the learning journey, which runs Agent Builder, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, with Power Apps as an optional module, and direct the learning designers who build the assets.
Run change and adoption, including the stakeholder map, communications, nominations, protected learning time, licence activation and the train-the-trainer handover.
Manage delivery of a fixed-price engagement, including the plan, risks, scope and change control, budget and squad coordination.
Own measurement, from baselines and the read-out dashboard to validation of quick wins and the day-90 value check.
Package the market blueprint, including the governance template, the rollout playbook and lessons from the pilot.
- Lead a small squad and direct the learning designers who produce the content.
You lead delivery with the client and turn its technical set-up into a learning journey that people complete and use.
Requirements
8+ years in digital adoption, learning or change on enterprise technology programmes, including at least two Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Copilot rollouts.
A track record as a freelance or independent consultant on client engagements, with two recent client references.
Credibility with senior client stakeholders at CIO and CTO level, and experience leading discovery workshops and steering meetings.
Working knowledge of Power Platform governance (environments, DLP policies, Managed Environments, CoE Starter Kit) and of Microsoft 365 Copilot licensing and consumption, enough to challenge the developer and SME without building.
Learning design skills, including writing learning outcomes, structuring blended journeys and briefing designers.
An applied change management method (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent), with evidence of adoption at scale.
Delivery of fixed-price engagements, including plan, budget, risks and change control.
English at C1–C2, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders in the UK or US.
Prosci certification, Microsoft PL-900, PMP or PRINCE2.
Experience in a federated multinational, ideally food service or hospitality.
Polish, French or German, for the market rollout.
Experience designing train-the-trainer programmes and using AI agents in learning.
What you bring
We look for proven adoption delivery on the Microsoft stack, with enough technical depth to challenge the specialists.
