The University of British Columbia's Equity & Inclusion Office (EIO) is seeking an Administrative Manager to provide operational leadership across a wide range of functions, based at 6180 Walter Gage Road, Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements in administration with a focus on operational excellence
- Lead financial planning, facilities, and information technology management for the EIO
- Work closely with the HR team in the Vice-President Academic Office to support local HR processes
- Advise the Executive Director, Operations on guidelines and procedures for daily operations
- Own the full accounting and budget cycle for the EIO team
- Champion institution-wide capacity building for equity and inclusion
