Administration - Administrator - PA2

• Provide essential administration and finance support within our Maintenance Department. 
• Manage financial processes, including recording invoices, preparing accruals, and resolving supplier queries. 
• Maintain Holiday Homeowner accounts, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with gas, electrical, and insurance documentation. 
• Keep employee records and training files up to date. 
• Assist with health & safety compliance, audits, and documentation. 
• Support seasonal recruitment activities, from placing adverts to coordinating events and inductions. 
• Generate reports and data to help drive operational improvements. 
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies. 

• Experience in financial processes such as payroll, credit control, and purchase ledger. 
• Strong IT skills, including Sage Payroll and Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. 
• A positive ambassador for our company values, with integrity and reliability. 
• Customer-focused mindset, ensuring the needs of guests and Holiday Homeowners come first.
