We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin and Liaison Specialist - Project Based to provide administrative, coordination, and communication support across multiple departments. This role serves as a key link between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while also supporting administrative operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative, office, and facilities support, including monitoring office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Handle phone and email inquiries and manage internal and external correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (both physical and digital).
Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks and projects.
File, sort, and organize office documents, records, and other administrative files.
Encode data and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records.
Perform photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation tasks.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence.
Prepare, process, and manage administrative paperwork.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or Marketing Management.
At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or receptionist role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask while coordinating with multiple teams.
Willing to accept a project-based role with a duration of 3–4 months.
Available to start as soon as possible.
Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
