Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of financial operations, leveraging Zoho's suite of tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes. Regular travel to other cities when required.
Manage and maintain financial records using Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration through Zoho Payroll.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
