About the Role We are seeking Associate - Accounts at Renee cosmetics with 2+ years of proven experience into Accounts receivable ,TA and DA Management, TDS and GST.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Commercials & Distributor Accounting
- Claims Management & Control
- Receivable Ageing & Credit Control
- Sales Returns, RTV & Policy Control
- GST, Invoicing & Compliance Support
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work on ERP systems, (Microsoft Dynamics BC365)
- Effective communication skills.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Trade schemes & channel margins
- Distributor & retailer commercial structures
- Claims lifecycle (creation → validation → CN → settlement)
- Hands-on experience with Ms Dynamics ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot, Lookups, MIS)
Skills Required
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounts receivable
- Experience with TA and DA management
- Knowledge of TDS and GST
- Strong understanding of trade schemes and channel margins
- Understanding of distributor and retailer commercial structures
- Experience managing the claims lifecycle from creation through settlement
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, specifically Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Hands-on Microsoft Excel experience with PivotTables, lookups, and MIS
- Effective communication skills
