- Prepare adequate accounting records and internal control.
- Document sales invoices, delivery receipts and production reports.
- Process accounts payables, check payments and payroll records.
- Accountable for releasing of checks.
- Generate accurate financial reports and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Prepare timekeeping and payroll of workers in weekly manner.
- Act as front desk and answers telephone calls.
- Candidate must be an Accounting Graduate
- Advance computer skills specially in MS Word and Excel
- Have good communication skills
- Must have the ability to keep confidential information
- Female, not more than 30 years old
- At least 6mos to 1 year of experience in the related field
- Honest and flexible
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City
