Job DescriptionRandstad in Williamson County is seeking a specialized Property Accounting Associate. We are seeking candidates to provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure timely and accurate payment and receipt of accounts.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accounts payable vendor files
- Review GL after monthly soft close
- Responsible for maintaining a clean aged delinquency reports for all tenants
- Investigating unpaid, under paid, and over paid rent and sundry charges
- Communicating with tenant billing contact to resolve accounts
- Completing year to date and month to date variance report for all properties immediately after each accounting hard close, send PM for review
- Other accounts payable and accounts receivable jobs will imply
Qualifications:
*Minimum 3-5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
* Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
* Knowledge of office administration and procedures
* Understanding of all accounting functions ( accounts receivable/ payable,accruals, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High School Diploma; College Degree is Preferred
* Preferred working knowledge of MRI software
