We are currently seeking a highly skilled accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing general accounting tasks. This is a full time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial records and maintain accurate bookkeeping
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
• Process payroll and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with year-end audits
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to management
• Develop and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
• Working within a global team (USA/CRO)
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong English written and oral communication
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiar with GAAP and other accounting standards and regulations

Desired qualifications include:

• Google suite proficiency
• Work experience in NetSuite accounting software or similar
• Work experience in a multinational company
