About the roleAccount Managers make sure customers keep getting more value from Lassie over time. You’ll build relationships with doctors' offices, spot risk early, resolve issues, surface expansion opportunities, and turn customer feedback into a stronger product.
What you'll doOwn customer health after launch, including adoption, satisfaction, churn risk, and expansion opportunities
Build trusted relationships with doctors’ offices and resolve issues before they become renewal problems
Translate customer feedback into clear asks for product, operations, and support
To start, you'll have a handful of conversations with our team and founders. If there is mutual excitement, we'll invite you to the office where you'll work on a small project and meet the team.
