At YouAppi, we’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team.
As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind boosting mobile retention for our valued clients. Your role will require strong analytical skills to optimize and analyze campaign performance and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
We're seeking an Adtech pro who thrives in a team environment, possesses exceptional communication and analytical skills, and can navigate high-pressure demands of delivering results, taking ownership, and leveraging sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Operating both existing and new campaigns to maximize the performance of our product
- Sharing new idea and implementing to the team
- Seamless working with cross department to deliver
- +3 years of experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
- Experience with digital advertising and analytics platforms
- Superior analytical skills
- Knowledge of mobile advertising
- Fluency in English - a plus
- Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Appmetrica, etc)
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and the ability to create strategic relationships with key players in the industry
- BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly committed and results-oriented
