What We Do
Virtue Health operates a private group stop-loss purchasing consortium for small and midsize employers. Its pooled-risk model helps participating employers share risk, reduce volatility in healthcare spending, and improve employee benefits. The consortium provides a long-term risk-financing strategy for stop-loss insurance, backed by underwriting, cost-containment requirements, and access to adviser and third-party administrator networks. It is designed to support employers in self-funding health plans with more predictable costs.
