Manage the complete accounting function, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Finalize books of accounts and coordinate year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards for management.
Manage daily banking operations, fund flow, cash flow, and working capital.
Coordinate with banks for CC/OD limits, term loans, BGs, LCs, and other banking facilities.
Handle foreign exchange transactions and monitor forex exposure.
Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and cash management.
Handle export accounting and banking transactions.
Coordinate export documentation, including LC, BRC/e-BRC, FIRC/FIRA, EDPMS, PCFC, and FEMA compliance.
Liaise with banks for export remittances, foreign inward receipts, and trade finance activities.
Ensure compliance with RBI, DGFT, and export-related regulations.
Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Reconcile GST returns with books of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and financial due diligence.
Monitor product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.
Analyze production costs and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Work closely with the Purchase, Stores, and Production departments to improve financial controls.
Monitor inventory reconciliation and stock verification.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
Develop financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements.
Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.
RequirementsRequired Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience in banking, treasury management, and working capital management.
Knowledge of export finance, trade finance, and foreign exchange transactions is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Ability to manage audits and coordinate with external agencies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a Manufacturing or Engineering company.
Experience in an Export-oriented organization will be an added advantage.
Candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA) background are preferred; however, experienced Finance professionals from Manufacturing industries are also encouraged to apply.
