    Demand for our funding is growing, and we are expanding our Account Executive team to meet it. As an AE, you own the relationship with the business owners we serve and play a direct role in their growth and ours.

    What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of small business owners seeking capital
  • Match clients to the right financing solution based on their needs
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment
  • Build a recurring book of business through renewals and referrals
  • What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a quota-carrying role
  • A track record of hitting or beating targets
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Resilience, coachability, and the drive to win
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to work onsite five days a week, available to start promptly
