Account Executive
Concept Arts is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of entertainment clients, with primary responsibility for Key Art and a meaningful contribution to Social and AV revenue. This is a client leadership role, not a support position. The Account Executive is accountable for retaining and expanding a $2-4M annual book of business by building genuine client relationships, driving multi-discipline engagement, and delivering creative work that clients can't imagine getting anywhere else. This position reports to the Head of Accounts.
What Success Looks Like
Revenue Performance
- Own a $2-3M annual revenue target for Key Art/Print work. Social and AV work are a plus.
- Maintain a healthy, active pipeline with clear next steps and defined owners
- Close:
- Key Art campaigns and retainers
- Social programs and retainers
- AV projects and multi-phase engagements
- Push toward multi-discipline and multi-phase scopes over one-off projects
- Deliver consistent growth quarter over quarter
Client Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients – the person they trust, call first, and want to keep
- Build relationships at the decision-maker level, not just the day-to-day contact
- Position Concept Arts as a long-term creative partner, not a vendor fulfilling briefs
- Identify and act on expansion moments – new titles, new platforms, new teams within an existing client
Project & Account Management
This role owns the full lifecycle of each project – from brief to delivery. You will likely manage your own work without the support of a dedicated coordinator or account manager. Strong organizational discipline and proactive communication are not nice-to-haves; they are the job.
- Own day-to-day project management across your entire portfolio – timelines, status, assets, and deliverables
- Write thorough creative briefs that give the team everything they need: strategy, scope, schedule, and brand context
- Manage revision and feedback loops clearly and efficiently – nothing falls through, no one is chasing you
- Stay current on all accounting tasks: SOWs, PORs, freelancer invoices, and estimates
- Track and record billing activity regularly; flag budget issues early
- Partner directly with Creative Directors and Creative Leads to ensure work is on-brand and on-strategy
- Evaluate creative through your client's lens– be their voice in the building
Business Development
- Identify expansion opportunities within your existing client portfolio
- Collaborate with Head of Accounts and division leads to develop multi-discipline pitches
- Lead scopes, estimates, and proposals for your accounts
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking

Our agency has grown up alongside the entertainment industry for half a century, and taken part in the evolution of creative advertising since before the Internet. Even as we’ve expanded into the digital space with award-winning social campaigns and 360 executions, we’ve never forgotten our roots. Institutional memory and long-term growth have proved what we always believed: fulfilled people produce quality work. Concept Arts offers every employee multiple avenues for career growth and empowerment within our company.
