Job Summary

Account Executive (AE) は、Neurology BUのリージョンに所属し、担当テリトリーにおける、MS/SMA/ALS製品の販売⽬標を 達成することに責任を持つ。会社の⽅針に従い、BU販売⽬標およびマーケティング戦略の実⾏を役割とする。Regional Head (RH) の指⽰のもと、リージョンメンバーと協⼒してリージョンの治療の最適化、ビジネスの最⼤化を⽬指す。また、リージョン内のみならず、他 リージョン・他部⾨とのコラボレーションを推進する。

Principle Accountabilities

1.担当テリトリーのTMP (Territory Management Plan) を策定し、MS/SMA/ ALS領域の戦略に基づいたアクションを実⾏し、販売⽬標を達成する。Detailing、説明 会、P2Pプログラムなどの営業活動を集中的に実⾏し、ターゲット施設におけるバイオジェン 製品の価値を最⼤化する

2. RH、AEと協⼒して、リージョンのプラン実⾏に積極的に貢献する。ターゲット施設に対 してはMSLと連携して、バイオジェン製品を⽤いた最適な治療を提案する。担当リージョンの KME、スピーカー育成をメディカル、マーケティングと連携しながらリードする。

3. MR業務の推進・実⾏︓i) EPPV活動の管理、ii) PMS活動、iii) 副作⽤情報を収 集し、これに関する関連部⾨へのフィードバック
