Synthesize channel-specific learnings into cross-channel takeaways, and translate technical detail into clear, client-ready recommendations tied to business goals.Partner with senior leadership to proactively address performance, financial, and staffing needs. Flag risks and opportunities early, with a point of view on the fix — not just the problem.
