Location: Summer On-Campus
Commitment: 40 hours/week (June 1 - August 14)
Compensation: $37.50 per hour
Programs Offered: Business, Coding, Government, Pre-Med, Economics
Responsibilities:

Collaborate alongside co-instructors to teach a class of high-school aged students
Each Academies program is a week-long - you will likely be teaching new students every week
Class sizes vary by subject (capped at 30) and we target a student-instructor ratio of no more than 15:1
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on our provided curricula.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Monitor student progress and facilitate them in creating a capstone project
Assist with program logistics if necessary

Qualifications:

Current Harvard undergraduate student
Passionate about education and working with students
Strong communication skills
Ability to commit to working for given program weeks
No prior teaching experience necessary!
