What will you do at SuperPlay?Create game assets and 3D compositions, working closely with the Team Lead, Animator, Concept Artist and Art Director throughout production, and adapting to the game's technical and creative needs.
- Modeling and texturing high-quality stylized assets: props, characters and full environments, integrated directly into the game.
- Building stylized 3D environments using a hybrid 2D/3D workflow, in close collaboration with the 2D team.
- Creating stylized characters from 2D concepts, optimized for mobile and rig-ready.
- Keeping assets clean and production-ready, including UV packing and atlasing, texture budgets, pivots and scene hierarchies.
- Upholding a high bar for polished, readable, performance-conscious stylized art across the team.
Who are you?Must-have
- Experience in 3D modeling, preferably in the games industry
- Proven experience with hard-surface and organic modeling, plus texturing
- A portfolio demonstrating strong stylized art
- Proficiency in Maya
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Substance Painter
- Working knowledge of Unity
- Strong technical awareness and organized workflows
- A passion for games and deep familiarity with successful casual and mobile titles
- Knowledge of ZBrush
- Familiarity with mobile character topology and rig-friendly modeling
- Rigging and skinning experience
- A background in concept design, drawing, sculpting or painting
- Working knowledge of Blender
