DHS/DoD/Intel Programs Executive

In this role, you will:
- Lead the charge in identifying and winning key opportunities across agencies at DHS and DoD by leveraging your established relationships and expertise.
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute innovative business development strategies that align with our rapid growth goals.
- Build and manage new and existing opportunities, ensuring we meet our growth objectives and positively impact federal agencies.
- Work closely with industry partners and key decision-makers to drive brand awareness and position our solutions for success.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with federal agencies like DHS and DoD (required) and Civilian agencies (a plus).
- A deep understanding of government contracting and the ability to shape winning strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
- A strategic mindset and a track record of building relationships and closing deals in the federal space.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proven experience across one or more Federal agencies of interest with established relationships.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.
- Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies.
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies.
- Strong, proven business development experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds./
- Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required.
Citizenship Status and Clearances:
- US Citizenship
- Public Trust Clearance (Secret or Top Secret a plus)

Salary Range:
- $190,000 - $240,000
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range reflects a broad spectrum of potential candidates, with salary offers based on skills, experience, and expertise in the field.
