ORACLE Cloud Finance Consultant - A2C

Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AR , GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
Very good understanding of Brazil related localization on AR and TAX in Oracle cloud
Able to work independently with customer
Agile way of working
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
Issue resolution and fix
Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
Work with Oracle on Service request
Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
Period close activities

Skills Required

English speaking (mandatory)
Broad experience in cloud implementations and support
Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collections)
Very good understanding of Brazil localization for AR and TAX in Oracle Cloud
Ability to work independently with the customer
Agile way of working
Experience in issue resolution, working with Oracle Service Requests and global support teams
Experience supporting period close activities in Oracle Cloud Financials
