職務内容
半導体前工程製造工場での製造技術の仕事です。
製品の製造過程における品質、生産効率、歩留まりの改善、及びコスト削減のため、工程を構築・改善します。それには固有技術を駆使し、半導体製造装置とプロセス条件の変更を提案し、評価し、実装します。一連の業務の中で、データをまとめ、報告し、マネジメントの承認を得る業務があります。
歩留まり劣化の物理的原因を対象とした実験評価や統計的プロセス管理(SPC)などのデータ分析を行い、論理的アプローチによる工程管理で製品品質を維持管理、向上させます。
また、製品設計および開発担当者と対話して、プロセスと設計の互換性を確保する活動を行います。他者と協働し、業務改善及び職場環境改善に取り組みます。
Qualifications必要な職務経験:
l 半導体前工程製造プロセスに関連する実験評価等の業務経験
l 半導体製造工場または実験施設での半導体製造装置の使用経験、または同等の経験
必要な知識・スキル:
l 半導体前工程のプロセスの知識、統計的工程管理の知識
l 技術的な知識を深めることに前向きであること
l 自分の考えを的確に表現し伝える力
l 課題を明確化し、仮説を立て、実験計画を策定し、結果をまとめ報告する力
l 他者と良好な関係性を構築し、協働する力
l イニシアチブを取り、結果を引き出す実行力
