Ali Hamidi: Yes, I believe the team around me supports me to succeed. The definition of success at the company is that for the company to succeed, I need to succeed. My team needs to succeed. Every individual needs to succeed.
Kelly Trask: In my 13 years in the gaming industry, I’ve worked for companies that are incredibly corporate, where there were multiple channels and approvals and things that you had to go through to get your idea across. Here at SciPlay, even at the top level, our CEO is involved in our day-to-day decisions and we all collaborate together to make the very best decisions for our games.
Desiree Kittel: Knowing that I work for a company that takes things like diversity and inclusion seriously makes me feel empowered to speak up as well as innovate and own my own work. Our teams are so successful because of the way we listen to each other.
Interviewer: Is there a lot of career growth at SciPlay?
Ali Hamidi: I believe everybody who is in the ship of the company moving toward growth is going to grow with the company, is going to learn new skills, is going to experience excitement of new boundaries, and it comes with challenge, but I think that challenge is very satisfying.
