San Francisco-based Webflow announced the opening of its first office in Buenos Aires on Wednesday. The company offers an AI-powered website creation platform that serves over 300,000 enterprises and agencies worldwide.

Webflow’s new office in Argentina marks a significant investment in the region’s talent. The hub will act as an additional engineering and design center for the company’s remote-first team, and the company is actively seeking out local talent to fill engineering and design roles at the Argentina location. Additionally, Webflow plans to host meetups, workshops and other events to engage with the Buenos Aires web builder community.

“Argentina has one of the most engaged and creative Webflow communities anywhere in the world,” Allan Leinwand, Webflow’s chief technology officer, said in a statement. “Designers and developers here have been experimenting, sharing knowledge and pushing our platform forward for years. Opening an office in Buenos Aires allows us to show up locally, work side by side with this community, and keep learning with them in person.”
