Vellum, a New York-based company working to help AI companies grow their proof of concept into production-ready systems, announced $20 million in Series A funding. Leaders Fund led the round that will help Vellum further its mission.
Aiming to support a future where all mundane work is automated by AI agents and humans can focus on creative tasks, Vellum helps businesses build, evaluate and deploy mission-critical AI products. It equips companies with a comprehensive solution that enables collaboration across the entire development cycle, even encompassing real-time observability to facilitate continuous improvements.
Vellum will use the new funding to pursue its goal of becoming the platform that engineering teams rely on to power their core AI applications. The company will invest in increasing the number of use cases its platform deploys, hastening time to production for each of those use cases and fueling growth into new verticals and geographies. Vellum is hiring for a range of positions across various departments.
