Uniphore Raises $260M Series F to Develop Business AI Tech

Uniphore, a company offering an AI-powered enterprise platform, announced a $260 million Series F funding round from investors including NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake and Databricks. The company will put the round toward innovating its AI and data platform and deepening its ecosystem.

The company’s Business AI Cloud platform is designed to provide personalization and ease of use for business customers while incorporating security, governance and scalability. The product is a composable AI platform that spans agents, models, knowledge and data, enabling enterprises to embed AI applications into workflows trained on their organization’s data.

“This unique combination of capital and strategic alignment validates Uniphore’s position as the Business AI leader,” Umesh Sachdev, Uniphore’s co-founder and CEO, said in a statement. “We are seeing exponential adoption from Fortune 500 and other large companies, and this investment allows us to deliver even greater impact and accelerate innovation on behalf of our customers worldwide.”
