Hiring intelligence platform TurboHire announced a $6 million round of funding led by IvyCap Ventures. Backed by its fresh Series A capital, the Hyderabad-based company plans to advance its agentic AI architecture and modernize the enterprise hiring process.

As enterprises work to cut hiring costs and help their HR teams save time, many have adopted AI tools, according to TurboHire. The company’s offering integrates with organizations’ existing human resource management systems, enabling them to adopt AI without overhauling their tech stacks. TurboHire’s platform serves more than 100 customers, including Cipla, Tata Motors, PwC, Lenskart and Britannia.

The Series A capital will help TurboHire fuel growth across key areas over the next 18 to 24 months. The company will expand in markets including North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe with plans to hire local sales, success and support talent. It will also invest in product innovation by enhancing its agentic AI capabilities and furthering its enterprise partnerships.
