VentureLab camps expand to Austin
VentureLab has expanded its youth entrepreneurial camps to Austin. It is debuting High School Startup at Capital Factory. The camp kicks off June 15th and runs through June 26th.

TabbedOut raises $21.5M Series C to continue expansion

Austin bumps Silicon Valley out of top spot in startup city rankings
Austin has unseated perennial favorites in the Bay Area to be named the best city in America for startup businesses, according to this year’s Kauffman Index report. Every year the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation measures metrics associated with entrepreneurship in the United States. Hive9 raises $5.4M to bolster new software spinoff
