SuperOps.ai, an AI-powered IT management SaaS platform, has raised $12.4 million in Series B funding led by Addition and March Capital. The company’s venture capital to date totals $29.4 million. SuperOps works to simplify the IT management process and workflow for managed service providers, or MSPs, on a single platform.
Alongside its new funding, SuperOps announced the launch of its network monitoring feature, extending this capability to MSPs without requiring providers to add a new tool to their tech stacks. By bringing together remote monitoring and management of client assets with professional services automation functionalities, SuperOps.ai aims to help MSPs move away from fragmented tools and improve their efficiency and visibility.
With its new capital, SuperOps plans to further enhance its AI capabilities by adding a layer of predictive intelligence to its framework in order to help MSPs anticipate client issues. It will also focus on deepening its partnerships with vendors in areas such as cybersecurity, payments and data backup to provide comprehensive technology support to MSPs.
SuperOps is headquartered in Chennai with plans to expand its team in New York through its investor offices, a company representative told Built In.
