Second Nature, a conversational AI platform used for employee training, recently announced a $22 million Series B spearheaded by Sienna VC. Headquartered in Israel with an office in New York, the company’s technology enables AI-powered role playing simulations to help companies train their sales teams faster.

Serving enterprise customers like Zoom, Oracle and Adobe, Second Nature’s platform creates a data model of a company’s sales and service playbook by analyzing materials like recorded calls, marketing collateral and scripts. It then generates a role playing library based on the most commonly seen scenarios, and it offers feedback against customizable performance metrics after each conversation.

Second Nature plans to invest its new capital in expanding its operations and refining its training platform. The company will advance product development as it works to integrate personalized AI training, coaching and certification into unique team workflows.
